Hydraulic power unit manufacturer

for potentially explosive atmospheres and hydraulic equipment
in ATEX versions

We design and manufacture ATEX hydraulic power units
for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres, as well as complete hydraulic power units and hydraulic power installations intended
for use in environments with increased explosion risk.

Our projects include both single hydraulic power units
in ATEX design, as well as complex hydraulic systems, entire
machines and parts of process installations and production lines.

These solutions are designed for operation in explosion zones (zones 1, 2, 21 and 22), according to the requirements of the ATEX directive and applicable standards.

The devices are used among others in chemical
and petrochemical industries, power engineering, mining, defense industry
and process installations where hydraulic systems must
meet the highest safety requirements.

Design features

hydraulic power units and hydraulic systems for potentially explosive atmospheres

Hydraulic power units designed for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres differ from standard solutions in design, component selection, and system integration methods.

At the design stage, we take into account the requirements regarding ignition source limitation, temperature control, stable operation of systems, and safe functioning in explosive environments. This applies to both hydraulic power units in ATEX design, as well as complete hydraulic installations, including hydraulic cylinders, valve blocks, hoses, control elements, and industrial automation.

Each solution is designed individually, taking into account the specific classification of the explosion hazard zone, environmental conditions, and the nature of the application.

Production

of hydraulic power units

for explosive atmospheres

The production of ATEX hydraulic power units and hydraulic equipment for potentially explosive atmospheres complies with the requirements of the ATEX directive and applicable technical standards.

We use components intended for operation in explosive environments and design solutions that eliminate the possibility of overheating and sparking.

We manufacture both standalone hydraulic power units for explosive atmospheres and complete hydraulic devices and installations, designed to operate as part of technological lines and process installations, including ATEX hydraulic presses.

Tests ATEX

hydraulic power units and installations for potentially explosive atmospheres

Each ATEX hydraulic power unit and hydraulic power system intended for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres undergoes an individually planned testing process before being commissioned. The scope and method of testing are adapted to the nature of the application, operating conditions, and classification of the explosive hazard zone.

The testing process of hydraulic systems includes verification of operational stability, parameter consistency over time, and the correctness of safety and automation systems operation. The results of the tests form the basis for further implementation stages and the preparation of technical documentation for devices in the ATEX version.

Extended functional tests

Long-hour load tests of ATEX hydraulic power units, performed to confirm parameter stability and correct operation of the hydraulic power system.

Temperature measurements of ATEX hydraulic systems

Surface temperature measurements of hydraulic power system components ATEX, performed during workshop tests using installed sensors, pyrometers and thermal imaging cameras.

Automation and safety sensor tests

Tests of industrial automation and temperature sensors and safety devices used in ATEX hydraulic systems, including system response to alarm threshold exceedances.

Our safety systems

in ATEX hydraulic power units

Hydraulic systems designed for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres are equipped with multi-level safety systems, aimed at reducing the risk of dangerous situations both during normal operation and in emergency states. The scope and architecture of the protections are selected individually during the design stage, based on risk assessment, application characteristics, and ATEX area classification.

Temperature protections
of the hydraulic system

Hydraulic power unit systems ATEX are equipped with sensors enabling monitoring of hydraulic oil temperature and critical components of the installation. Exceeding set thresholds may trigger an alarm signal or automatic transition of the system to a safe state.

Automatic fire extinguishing systems integrated in hydraulic power units

Hydraulic power units in ATEX design are equipped with automatic fire extinguishing systems built into the unit's structure, activated automatically upon detection of a hazard. These solutions allow for rapid mitigation of fire or overheating effects in the initial phase of the event.

Integration with industrial automation
and safety systems

ATEX hydraulic systems are integrated with industrial automation and overarching safety systems of the installation, enabling centralized supervision of equipment operation and execution of programmed emergency procedures.

We manufacture

hydraulic presses for potentially explosive atmospheres

We design and manufacture hydraulic presses intended for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres, implemented as complete technological devices in ATEX versions. Each hydraulic press is created as a coherent system including mechanical construction, hydraulic systems, ATEX hydraulic power unit as well as industrial automation and safety systems, adapted to the application character and zone classification.

The ATEX hydraulic presses we manufacture are used in processes requiring high operating forces, precise control and reliable operation in environments with an increased explosion risk, including the chemical, petrochemical and energy industries, and the defence industry.
